Asian salad with creamy wasabi sauce & Baked polenta with sausage, mushrooms, & goat cheese

Here’s what I see when I read the title of this recipe–

Blahblahblahblah Creamy Wasabi Sauce. I’m sure the veggie sushi bowl is delicious. I happen to be making a sliced cabbage, edamame, and radish salad and wanted a dressing to suit. THIS. DRESSING. IS. DIVINE. I made it with wasabi powder and the rest of the ingredients and Oh Em Gee, it’s good.

I paired it with Baked Polenta with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, & Goat Cheese. Also, exceptionally good. I’m not in love with polenta, it’s like potatoes or pasta- what goes with it matters a lot. This is very good.

It’s not often that I try two new recipes and end up adding them both to my Favorites List, but it happened tonight!
